  1. Adopted the Agenda.
  1. Adopted the Minutes of the August 15, 2018, meeting.
  1. Correspondence. Chairperson Doris Friedman received an e-mail from Supervisor Paul Feiner about the expiration of the term of her appointment. If she were interested in an appointment for a second term, she was to so indicate her intention to him. Consequently, she did. Doris Friedman then received notification that she was appointed to another term expiring December 31, 2022. Carol Sarcinella’s term will expire on December 31, 2018. She was given a form to submit indicating her intentions.
  1. Ethics Training. Town Court Justices have received training. The Town Board, Town Clerk, and Town Assessor will receive training in the near future.
  1. Financial Disclosure Forms. Everyone except Carol Stevens of the Housing Authority Board has filed a financial disclosure form. The Board of Ethics recommended that David Fried be notified that Carol Stevens’ name be placed on the Town website as not filing her financial disclosure form. (On October 19, Blase Spinozzi received an e-mail from David Fried that Carol Stevens had submitted her financial disclosure form. Consequently, there has 100 percent compliance with the filing requirement.)
  1. Chairperson Friedman will inquire about the appointment of Steve Grant to the Board of Ethics.
  1. No members of the public were present.
  1. Voting on any matter postponed by BOE. None.
  1. Next meeting will be Wednesday, December 12, 2018, at 6:30 p.m.
