a.   PB 18-23 Coletti – 12 Winnetou Road, P.O. White Plains, NY – Wetland-Watercourse Permit
The Department of Community Development and Conservation has received a Wetland/Watercourse Permit application involving the proposed construction of a new front portico and walkway associated with an existing single-family residence. The applicant is proposing approximately 93 sq. ft. of disturbance within the regulated 100-foot watercourse buffer area. The applicant proposes approximately 2.13 cubic yards of excavation to carry out the project. No trees are proposed for removal in connection with the project.
 
The subject property consists of approximately 11,250 sq. ft. and is situated on the south side of Winnetou Road, approximately 160 ft. from the intersection of Totem Pole Place and Winnetou Road. The property is situated in the R-10 One-Family Residence District. The subject property is designated on the tax map of the Town of Greenburgh as Parcel ID: 7.340-167-18.
