Case No. PB 06-25 Chauncey Estates Subdivision, Ridge Road (P.O. Ardsley, N.Y.) – Subdivision Improvement Plan Amendment Request
A work session to discuss a request to amend a subdivision improvement plan associated with the development of four (4) lots off of Ridge Road, in connection with an approved subdivision application, known as the Chauncey Estates Subdivision (PB 06-25), which was issued final subdivision approval from the Planning Board on June 20, 2013. The applicant is requesting a subdivision improvement plan amendment involving electric service lines, which were placed by Con-Edison above-ground in 2018 to service the four (4) approved lots on Ridge Road, and, therefore were installed contrary to the requirements of the Planning Board’s approval and the approved plans, which stipulated that these utilities be provided underground. The applicant now is seeking relief from this requirement.
