Case No. TB 19-03 320 Saw Mill River Road – Site Plan (Pre-submission conference)
A pre-submission conference to discuss a proposed redevelopment concept plan for a site that presently contains the Greenburgh Multiplex Cinemas and related retail commercial strip plaza. The applicant proposes to demolish both the main movie theater building and adjacent and separate strip plaza building in order to construct a new supermarket (approximately 69,000 sq. ft.) and connected complementary uses (11,000 sq. ft.), along with an additional freestanding 3,000 sq. ft. building on the site. The proposal includes a re-use of the existing signalized driveway entrance at Saw Mill River Road, and would include an additional entrance and exit from Old Country Road. The existing Taco Bell/KFC establishment would remain, as would the adjacent unsignalized right-out only driveway at Saw Mill River Road.
