5:35 PM: Open Meeting

5:35 PM: Commissioner Garrett Duquesne introduces Joe Lucian & Anthony Jaffray.

5:40 PM: Anthony Jaffray presents building a Croatian Multiculture Center at 86 Dromore Road, mentions that the center would be used for private events.

Motion for Executive Session for the purpose of discussing personnel matters involving specific individuals and to seek legal advice on various matters.
