				MINUTES Town of Greenburgh Board of Ethics Tuesday, March 5, 2019, 6:00 p.m. Town Hall, Steven Belasco Conference Room Board Members Present: Doris Friedman, Esq., Blase J. Spinozzi, Craig Zumsteg, Chris Cuomo, Esq. Volunteer Counsel. Joseph Malara, Esq. Also present: (None) Meeting was convened at 6:00 p.m. A quorum of the Board of Ethics was present. Adopted the Agenda. (Unanimous) Adopted the minutes of the January 29, 2019 meeting. (Unanimous) Motion to adopt the amended Financial Disclosure Form. New FDF was unanimously approved by the BOE. Report on Financial Disclosure Forms. David Fried advised us through email dated 3/5/19 that once he receives the updated Financial Disclosure Form, subject to the Board’s approval, the forms will be distributed between late March and early April. The BOE recognizes the fact that the Financial Disclosure Forms must be filed by May 2019. Mr. Fried advised us there is nothing to update in terms of Ethics Training. He commented that he will arrange with the Town Board a date in mid-April to meet to train the elected officials. Advisory Opinion 2019-1 was unanimously accepted by the BOE. The 2018 Annual Report was submitted by Chairperson Friedman and unanimously approved by the BOE. Correspondence. No correspondence was received. No members of the public were present.
