Resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Greenburgh modifying the Town Board's adopted February 28, 2024 Home Rule Request to the New York State (“NYS”) Legislature by adding Assemblywoman Amy Paulin to the resolved clause recipient list for an amendment of Article Two of the NYS Village Law rescinding the provisions of a recently enacted chapter amendment which provides an exemption for Edgemont from the fiscal and social scrutiny recently afforded to every other area of New York State
