(R&M) for property located at 858 Central Avenue and 18 North Central Avenue.  The Town’s share of the refund is $11,087±; the County’s share is $6,803±; the Bronx Valley Sewer District’s share is $966±; the Greenville Fire District’s share is $4,309±; the Hartsdale Fire District’s share is $3,158±; the Consolidated Sewer Mtc. District’s share is $281±; the Edgemont Union Free School District’s share is $25,348±; the Greenburgh Central School District’s share is $9,644±.  Refunds from all sources total $61,596±.
