Resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Greenburgh urging NYS Senate Bill S01191-B and NYS Assembly Bill A02874A be adopted and signed by the Governor so that local municipalities may value newly constructed as well as newly converted cooperative and condominium units as they would for real property to alleviate any negative financial impacts placed on all other property owners.
