				MINUTES Town of Greenburgh Board of Ethics Wednesday, June 20, 2018 6:30 p.m. Town Hall, Steven Belasco Conference Room Board Members Present: Carol Sarcinella, EdD; Blase Spinozzi, Craig Zumsteg. Volunteer Counsel. Joseph Malara, Esq. Meeting was convened at 6:35 p.m.A quorum of the Board of Ethics was present. Adopted the Agenda. Adopted the Minutes of the May 8, 2018, meeting. The Chair, Doris Friedman, Esq., was absent due to personal reasons.In her absence, Carol Sarcinella chaired the meeting.Blase Spinozzi took over the duties of secretary for this meeting. The matter regarding David Cannon’s request for an Advisory Opinion has been reassigned to Craig Zumsteg in view of Ms. Friedman’s absence. The question of Steve Grant, a potential Board of Ethics member, was raised at the meeting of May 8, 2018.Ms. Friedman was to follow up, but she was not at the meeting to report. Financial Disclosure.Blase Spinozzi reported that David Fried, Esq. stated as of June 18, 2018, ninety-five percent of the employees and sixty-six percent of Boards and Commissions were in compliance with returning their Financial Disclosure Forms. Forms Filed: Board & Commissions: Forms mailed 48 Forms returned 32 Percentage 66 % Forms missed 16 Management: Forms mailed 49 Forms returned 47 Percentage 95 Forms Missed 2 The Board requested that Mr. Fried send an email to those who have not complied with the filing of their Financial Disclosure Form. Ethics Training.David Fried reported to Blase Spinozzi that he will attempt to set up Ethics Training with the Judges and Town Board members for a presentation sometime in July or August 2018. No members of the public were present. Voting on any matter postponed by BOE.None.
