Resolution scheduling a Public Hearing for 7:30 PM, Wednesday, September 30, 2020, to consider a Local Law amending Chapter 285 of the Zoning Ordinance, entitled “Zoning,” as it relates to an alternate Local Law proposal (initiated by the Town of Greenburgh Planning Board and Conservation Advisory Council) to add a new definition and Special Permit Use in the One-Family Residence Districts (Continuum of Care Facilities)

Resolution (1) Referring a Zoning Text and Zoning Map Amendment to the Planning Board for review and recommendation in accordance with the requirements of Section 285-64 of the Town’s Zoning Ordinance to add a new Overlay District (Continuum of Care Facility CCF) to the Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map; and (2) Referring an Alternate Zoning Text Amendment to the Planning Board for review and recommendation in accordance with the requirements of Section 285-64 of the Town’s Zoning Ordinance to add a new definition and Special Permit Use in the One-Family Residence Districts (Continuum of Care Facilities)
