Law proposal (initiated by the Town of Greenburgh Planning Board and Conservation Advisory Council) to add a new definition
and Special Permit Use in the One-Family Residence Districts (Continuum of Care Facilities)

 To consider a Local Law amending Chapter 285 of the Zoning Ordinance, entitled “Zoning,” as it relates to a proposed new Continuum of Care Facility Use and to consider a related Zoning Map amendment (Overlay District)
