Please take notice that, the Planning Board of the Town of Greenburgh will be meeting on Saturday, January 11 at 11:00 a.m. at 202 West Hartsdale Road, P.O. Hartsdale, to conduct a site visit related to a proposal involving the construction of a new 106,000 sq. ft., 137 bed assisted living facility and related features. The proposal includes the demolition of the existing former swim club and its related features.

The property consists of approximately 386,377.20 sq. ft. and is situated on the south side of West Hartsdale Avenue, at the intersection of Maplewood Road. The property is located in the R-20 One-Family Residence District and is designated on the tax map of the Town of Greenburgh as Parcel ID: 8.200-150-7.

Please take notice that, due to site topography and the possibility of ice, snow, or wet conditions, appropriate footwear and outerwear should be worn.

Please contact the Department of Community Development and Conservation at 914-989-1538 with any questions, or if you wish to inspect the project file. The site visit will be contingent on appropriate weather conditions. Updates will be provided on the Town website, should a cancellation due to weather become necessary.
