Resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Greenburgh authorizing the Town Receiver of Taxes to waive interest and penalties associated with delinquent taxes on 112 N. Lawn Avenue, Tax Parcel No. 7.190-80-10, so that the property can be developed for use as two single-family affordable housing dwelling units by “Shore” (Sheltering the Homeless is Our REsponsibility), provided the property is irrevocably deed restricted for use as affordable housing for a period of at least ninety-nine (99) years
