(2.04 acres) and is situated along the east side of Saw Mill River Road (Route 9A), approximately 1,200 feet south of the intersection of Saw Mill River Road and White House Road. The property is located in the R-20 One-Family Residence District and is designated on the tax map of the Town of Greenburgh as Parcel ID: 7.520-311-1.
