Resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Greenburgh authorizing the Town Supervisor to enter into an agreement with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (“MTA”) and its subsidiary, Metro-North Commuter Railroad Company (“Metro North”), to temporarily use a portion of Town owned property adjacent to Metro-North’s Hartsdale Train Station as a staging area for improvements to the station; and an agreement by the MTA and Metro North to hold the Town harmless from any and all claims caused by the negligence or willful misconduct on the part of the MTA and/or Metro North
