Resolution authorizing permission for a Christmas Tree to be erected at “The Circle” in Parkway Homes, located directly off the Bronx River Parkway at the intersections of Stone Avenue, Parkway Homes Road, Ethelton, Maryton and Edgepark Roads for the purpose of Christmas Caroling and permission for a partial street closing (section of road, located at the north end of “the circle,”) connecting Ethelton Road to Maryton Road, to be closed off with police barriers to ensure safety of attendees on Sunday, December 13, 2020 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM
