Applicant is applying for variances from Section 285-39(C)(9)(b) of the Zoning Ordinance to decrease required street frontage from 25 ft. (required) to 0 ft. 3.   ZBA Case No. 19-37 – Ivana Greenfield, for property located at 36 Manitou Train,(P.O. White Plains, N.Y.).  Applicant is applying for an area variance from Section 285-15(B)(5)(b) of the Zoning Ordinance to reduce the distance from a driveway to the side lot line from 10 ft. (required) to .6 ft. (proposed), in order to legalize the driveway.  The property is located in an R-7.5 One-Family Residence District and is designated on the Town Tax Map as Parcel ID:  7.350-182-15
 
4.   ZBA Case No. 19-38 – Ralph Corvino, for property located at 1164 Dobbs Ferry Road, (P.O. White, Plains, N.Y.).  Applicant is applying for area variances from Section 285-14(B)(5)(b) of the Zoning Ordinance to reduce the distance from a driveway to the side lot line from 12 ft. (required) to 0 ft. (proposed); from Section 285-14(B)(3(d) to increase the maximum impervious surface from 37.25 % (permitted) to 40.6 % (proposed); and from Section 285-38(B) to increase the maximum driveway width from 30 ft. (permitted) to 52.40 ft. Scarsdale, N.Y.).  Applicant is applying for an area variance from Section 285-(5)(b)(5) of the Zoning Ordinance to reduce the distance from a driveway to the side lot line from 10 ft. (required) to 1.6 ft. (proposed) in order to widen a driveway.  The property is located in an R-7.5 One-Family Residence District and is designated on the Town Tax Map as Parcel ID: 8.470-335-4.
