1.				ROLL CALL CAC Members Present: T. Tori, M. Beal, N. Drain, A. Gilmore, G. Gundlach, L. Powell Town of Greenburgh: M. Britton, Planner CD&C CAC Student Member: M. Lelaj

2.				APPROVAL OF MINUTES February 12, 2026 – minutes approved.

3.				CORRESPONDENCE

4.				Leaf Blower Ban A discussion was held on the potential impact of a county-wide ban on leaf blowers, focusing on the challenges of enforcement and the broader environmental and health concerns.

5.				Tree Removal Notification Review The discussion focused on clarifying and improving the tree notification procedures. The CAC will ask the Forestry Officer to clarify the language and content of each of the two required neighbor notifications.

6.				Hazardous Waste and Garbage Pick-up There was a discussion about hazardous waste included in the town general garbage collection and the impact it had on the community and it was suggested that perhaps Rich Fon could be invited to a future meeting to further explain the situation.

7.				Town Grant A brief discussion regarding the Town’s recent acquisition of a $160,000.00 grant from NYS HRC for infrastructure analysis and the possible pairing of that grant with the Four Corners development project.
