The COVID-19 Pandemic has created challenges for everyone. We all have a responsibility to slow "community spread" of the virus. Therefore, there will be no public gathering in Town Hall for this meeting. This raises another challenge: how do we hold the public hearings on the agenda remotely? We continue to use the "Zoom" platform. If you want to watch the meeting, you may do so via the Town's Web site or via cable TV as usual as mentioned below. SUPERVISOR & TOWN COUNCIL REPORTS/ANNOUNCEMENTS

GOOD NEWS...The Town continues (since 2008) to have the highest possible bond rating from Standard & Poors (AAA) and (since 2010) (Aaa) from Moody's. Less than 1% of communities in the nation have this record of financial stability. Recently (09/19/19), Standard & Poors once again reaffirmed the Town's highest rating and on (9/18/19) Moody's reaffirmed the Town's highest rating.

DECISION

To consider a one-year agreement between the Town of Greenburgh and the Village of Tarrytown for Fire Protection Services to Unincorporated Greenburgh residents of the Glenville Fire Protection District for the year 2020 (See TB 1 - 3/10/2021 below)

PUBLIC HEARINGS

To consider a Local Law amending Chapter 380 of the Code of the Town of Greenburgh, entitled “Noise," to restrict/prohibit the use of leaf blowers in the Town of Greenburgh while allowing their use during specified spring and fall clean-up periods

To consider agreements between the Town of Greenburgh and the Village of Elmsford to provide Fire Protection Services to residents of the North Elmsford and West Elmsford Fire Protection Districts, respectively, for the year 2021

To consider a petition by the Scarsdale Golf Club, to extend the boundaries of Consolidated Water District No. 1 in the Town of Greenburgh (Held over from Town Board Meeting of 2/24/2021) (To be held over to Town Board Meeting of 3/24/2021)
