Please Take Notice that the Antenna Review Board of the Town of Greenburgh hereby schedules a meeting for 11:00am on Thursday, March 30, 2023, in person at Greenburgh Town Hall, 177 Hillside Avenue, Greenburgh, NY 10607 and via Zoom videoconferencing at 1 Granada Cresent / 6 (P.O. White Plains, NY 10603), to discuss (1) a proposal brought by Crown Castle USA Inc. ("Crown Castle") as agent for New York SMSA Limited Partnerrship ("Verizon Wireless") in connection with a request to modify an existing wireless facility located at 609 Saw Mill River Road (P.O. Elmsford, NY); (2) a proposal brought by attorneys for T-Mobile Northeast LLC ("T-Mobile") in connection with a request to collate and replace antennas at an existing telecommunications facility located at 100 Clearbrook Road (P.O. Elmsford, NY); (3) to discuss a NYS Police Water Tower License for the water tower on Birchwood Lane; and (4) discuss a responsive filing regarding an outstanding application regarding antennas at 177 East Hartsdale Avenue, Hartsdale.
