Resolution authorizing tax certiorari settlement with petitioner 330 Scarsdale Ridge Corp. for property located at 330 S. Central Avenue. The Town’s share of the refund is $3,834±; the County’s share is $2,059±; the Bronx Valley Sewer District’s share is $320±; the Edgemont Union Free School District’s share is $14,552±;  the Greenville Fire District’s share is $2,526±; the Consolidated Sewer Mtc. District’s share is $146±. Refunds from all sources total $23,437±.
