Resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Greenburgh adopting a Home Rule message of support and requesting that the New York State (“NYS”) Legislature execute an amendment to the NYS Vehicle and Traffic Law authorizing the establishment of a Red-Light Camera Program in the Town of Greenburgh to allow the installation of red light cameras at no more than two intersections within and under the jurisdiction of the Town of Greenburgh at any one time pursuant to proposed NYS Senate Bill S9305A and NYS Assembly Bill A8960B
