Resolution acknowledging (1) Town Board notification of the Philanthropy Department’s release of $1,500 pursuant to Town Board Resolution PH-3 – 05/24/2023 was received too late by the Loft LGBTQIA Center to be spent on the 2023 Greenburgh Pride Parade as intended and (2) the unspent 2023 funds may instead be used for the 2024 Annual Greenburgh Pride Parade jointly organized by the Villages of Ardsley and Dobbs Ferry, and the Town of Greenburgh, at no cost to taxpayers
