Case No. HCRC 21-02 Hartsdale Tobacco, 205 East Hartsdale Avenue (P.O. Hartsdale, N.Y.) – Sign and Awning Application
The applicant proposes a new sign and awning associated with an existing retail store. The sign is proposed to be 10 feet be 2 feet, internally illuminated. The sign is proposed to have 12.5 inch white lettering with a dark brown outline on a black sign. The awning is proposed to be 19 feet by 42 inches, also illuminated. The awning is proposed to have white lettering along the 10 inch vertical front portion on a black awning.

Case No. HCRC 21-03 Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, 199 East Hartsdale Avenue (P.O. Hartsdale, N.Y.) – Sign and Awning Application
The applicant proposes a new sign and awning associated with a name change from Westchester Choice Realty to Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate. The sign is propsed to be 2 feet by 7 feet, internally illuminated. The sign is proposed to have white text, up to 5 inches tall, on a green “Erin Green” background. The awning is proposed to remain the same size as the original, 14 feet by 43 inches, not illuminated. The awning is proposed to have up to 4.75 inch white text on a green “Erin Green” background.
