Resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Greenburgh authorizing the Town Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Colby Jenkins of Gemstarr Entertainment, LLC to operate a Farmer's Market on Elm Street and to close a section of Elm Street to vehicular trafffic at its intersection with Manhattan Avenue, on Saturdays from July 1, 2023 through November 18, 2023, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
