Resolution authorizing tax certiorari settlement with petitioner Board of Managers of Carrollwood Condominium II for property located at Carrollwood Drive. The Town’s share of the refund is $774±; the County’s share is $5,793±; the Saw Mill Valley Sewer District’s share is $868±; the Tarrytown Union Free School District’s share is $36,842±.  Refunds from all sources total $44,277±
