Resolution of the Town Board of the Town of Greenburgh authorizing the Town Supervisor to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Cozen O’Connor, the firm selected by Supervisor Paul Feiner to help him with his review and evaluation of a petition that was recently filed which attempts to incorporate a new village of Edgemont, for an amount not to exceed $25,000
