(ATIMA) for property located at 230 Sprain Road. The Town’s share of the refund is $28,246±; the County’s share is $14,186±; the Bronx Valley Sewer District’s share is $2,501±; the Ardsley Union Free School District’s share is $104,513±.  Refunds from all sources total $149,446±
