	a.				Case No. HCRC 21-04 Hartsdale Nails, 185 East Hartsdale Avenue (P.O. Hartsdale, N.Y.) – Façade Modification Application The applicant proposes a rework of their façade, replacing the existing wood storefront with a new aluminum storefront, and repainting the yellow masonry knee wall to white. Other elements of the façade and existing awning are not changing under this application.
