Due to the COVID-19 pandemic this meeting will take place primarily via Zoom. Subject to further action by the State Legislature. There may be an option for Board members and members of the public to appear and participate in the public hearing. If you would like to participate in the public hearing, you must pre-register through the Department of Community Development and Conservation by emailing
