Discussion on the benefits of artificial turf vs natural grass. Terri directed CAC to investigate financial costs and heath impacts of each and to report back for data analysis.
             
5. COMPOST
Discussion on the viability of setting up a composting location, possibly on some unused parkland and the need to invite and involve DPW in further discussions.
             
6. BUILDING LIGHTS
Discussion on proper use of outside lighting on commercial vs residential buildings.
