The Building Inspector has determined that one (1) area variance is required for the side yard setback to an existing deck, from 5 feet (required) to 2.67 feet (proposed). The subject property consists of approx. 7,500 sq. ft. (0.17 acres) and is situated on the easterly side of Eastern Road, just south of the intersection of Eastern Road and Northern Road. The property is situated in the R-7.5 One-Family Residence District and is designated on the tax map of the Town as Parcel ID: 8.170-105-5.
