5:30 PM - Filming Fee Proposal
The Town Clerk and the Deputy Town Clerk proposed an increase of filming fees to increase revenue for the town. A comparison of prices for the towns in Westchester were made. The filming fees for students and non-for-profit will remain unchanged. The Town Board asked for a price comparison of villages to the towns.

5:55 PM - Central Ave Work for Con Edison
Representatives from ConEdison Resurfacing Project on Old Army Road in Edgemont and Old Road off of Dobbsferry Road in Greenburgh.
Larry Dubin, Randy (unintelligible), Laura Rizzo
Was granted a winter work permit, which is out of the ordinary. Requesting an extension of the project hours to 8am-6pm Monday - Saturday instead of 9:00am-2:00pm Monday through Friday. It will increase the digital/video message boards for traffic notifications.
6:10 PM - Black History Month recognition at 02/26/2025 Town Board Meeting. Following presentation guidelines, the presentation will only be 10 min, possibly longer depending on the number of honorees for the occasion.
Councilwoman Hendrickx wanted the public to know she was on the phone the entire time during the meeting, but had to run out for an emergency.
