1.   ZBA Case No. 19-35 – Columbia/Wegman Hartsdale, LLC, Assisted Living Facility, for property located at 202 W. Hartsdale Avenue (P.O. Hartsdale, N.Y.).  Applicant is applying for an area variance from Section 285-10(A)(4)(f)(11) of the Zoning Ordinance to increase the maximum building length from 300 ft. (permitted) to 423 ft. (proposed), in order to construct an assisted living facility.  The property is located in an R-20 One-Family Residential District and is designated on the Town Tax Map as Parcel ID: 8.200-150-7

2.   ZBA Case No. 20-03 - Lewis Masters Holdings LLC, for property located at 320 Saw Mill River Road (P.O. Elmsford, N.Y.).  Applicant is applying for a Special Permit to operate a fully enclosed restaurant within a proposed ShopRite Supermarket.  The property is located in the DS-Designed Shopping District and is designated on the Town’s Tax Map as Parcel ID:  7.120-19-25

3.   ZBA Case No. 20-04 - Our Lady of Shkodra, for property located at 361 W. Hartsdale Avenue, (P.O. Hartsdale, N.Y.).  Applicant is applying for an area variance from Section 285-40(B)(4) of the Zoning Ordinance to increase the height of a proposed accessory structure from 12 ft. (permitted) to 24 ft. (proposed), in order to erect a statue on the property.  The property is located in the R-20 One-Family Residence District and is designated on the Town Tax Map as Parcel ID:  8.141-94-29.

4.   ZBA Case No. 20-05 - 609 Saw Mill Realty LLC, for property located at 607 Saw Mill River Road (P.O. Elmsford, N.Y.). Applicant is applying for sign variances from Section 240-3(C)(9) of the Sign & Illumination Law to erect four (4) wall signs on the north side of a building and two (2) wall signs on the south side of a building, where none are permitted on the side of a building; from Section 240-3(C)(9) of the Sign and Illumination Law to erect one (1) sign on the north side of a canopy and one (1) sign on the south side of a canopy, where none are permitted; from Section 240-3(C)(8) of the Sign and Illumination Law to increase the height of stacked lettering on a wall sign from 4 ft. (permitted) to 6.74 ft. (proposed); from Section 240-3(C)(10) of the Sign and Illumination Law to erect two (2) yard signs where a maximum of one (1) yard sign is permitted; and from Section 240-3(D)(11) of the Sign and Illumination Law to increase the size of each of the proposed yard signs from 20 sq. ft. 5.   ZBA Case No. 20-06 – GHP Taxter, LLC., for property located at 555-565 Taxter Road (P.O. Elmsford, N.Y.). Applicant is applying for area variances from Section 285-25(B) of the Zoning Ordinance to reduce the minimum distance from off-street parking for Lot A to the front lot line from 50 ft. (required) to 23.6 ft. (proposed); and to reduce the minimum distance from off-street parking to the front lot line for Lot B from 50 ft. (required) to 10 ft. Elmsford, N.Y.).  Applicant is requesting area variances from Section 285-34(B)(3)(5) of the Zoning Ordinance to increase the impervious coverage on their lot from 70 % (permitted), 75 % (existing) to 78 % (proposed); from Section 285-34 (B)(4)(c) to reduce the distance from off-street parking to the principal building from 15 ft. (required), 0 ft. (existing) to 4 ft. (proposed); and to reduce the distance from off-street parking to an internal street from 20 ft. (required) to 0 ft. (proposed), in order to add additional parking.  The property is located in the PD-Non-Residential District and is designated on the Town Tax Map as Parcel ID:  7.120-18-5
 
7.   ZBA Case No. 20-07 – Claudia Chavez, for property located at 22 Tomahawk Drive, (P.O. White Plains, N.Y.). Applicant is applying for area variances from Section 285-14(B)(4)(b) of the Zoning Ordinance to decrease a side yard from 12.0 ft. (required) to 10.60 ft. (proposed); and from Section 285-42(C)(1) to increase a nonconforming structure so as to increase such nonconformance, in order to raise or re-construct the foundation.   The property is located in the R-10 – One-Family Residential District and is designated on the Town Tax Map as Parcel ID:  7.340-165-10.
 
8.   ZBA Case No. 20-08 – Darlene Castro, for property located 97 Park Avenue, (P.O. White Plains, N.Y.).  Applicant is requesting an area variance from Section 285-12 of the Zoning Ordinance to reduce the setback from the rear lot line to an accessory structure from 28 ft. (required) to 20 ft. (proposed), in order to construct a deck.  The property is located in the R-20 One-Family Residence District and is designated on the Town Tax Map as Parcel ID:  8.30-22-2.
 
9.   ZBA Case No. 20-10 – St. Andrews Golf Club, for property located at 10 Old Jackson Avenue, (P.O. Hastings-on-Hudson, N.Y.).  Applicant is applying for an area variance from Section 285-36(K) of the Zoning Ordinance to increase the maximum height of light poles from 14 ft. (permitted) to 16.5 ft. (proposed), in order to legalize existing light poles. The property is located in the PUD-Planned Unit Development District and is designated on the Town Tax Map as Parcel ID:  8.500-351-1.SA.
