A public hearing to discuss an amended site plan application for a proposal consisting of improvements to, and expansion of, an existing parking lot and warehouse use. The applicant is proposing to construct 14 additional off-street parking spaces along the south side of the building located at 375 Executive Boulevard, Elmsford NY. Access to the proposed parking spaces would be provided via an existing driveway on the adjacent parcel, which is proposed to be shifted slightly, to the south (399 Executive Boulevard), via a shared driveway access easement. In addition to the parking space additions, the applicant is proposing vehicular access to the existing warehouse space within the existing on-site building, through the addition of an overhead door. The project requires approximately 310 cubic yards of excavation. On May 21, 2020, the Zoning Board of Appeals granted area variances required in connection with the project.
