To consider a local law creating a new Article XVII to Chapter 440 "Taxation" in the Code of the Town of Greenburgh entitled "Tax Assessment of Condominiums and Cooperatives."

Resolution authorizing tax certiorari settlement with petitioner RMC WPR LLC for property located at 555 White Plains Road. The Town’s share of the refund is $45,612±; the County’s share is $26,619±; the Saw Mill Valley Sewer District’s share is $3,589±; the Irvington Union Free School District’s share is $143,117±;  the Glenville Fire Protection District’s share is $5,608; the Consolidated Sewer Mtc. District’s share is $1,570±. Refunds from all sources total $226,117±.
